They tried a carbon tax in New Zealand, but I heard it ran into problems. What can be learned from this and/or other cases?<BR/><BR/>You also advocate an economy-wide carbon price floor through a carbon tax at never be less than €30/tCO2. This would, among other things, "raise revenue for good deeds".
